Awesome unique experience. Glad i was there with few people, so when i arrived i was able.to order immediately. To my rush, i ordered a meal for 2 :( Steamed foods are fresh and taste good. My only critique is that eventhough i don't order meal with shrimp. It tasted and smells like shrimp. But overall i had fun experience here

Go there for the experience of pretending to steam your own food and not really enjoying the food. Food was rather expensive and not tasty. The hot spring water at the entrance was rather special.

Came on Sunday and parking was difficult. We made many turns and finally saw some people leaving the parking. We had to take a number which is 90mins wait. With that, we can order our meals and wait for our turn to collect food for steaming. I find the food alright. Prawns seemed over cooked.

Overall it’s a cool experience but not worth the wait. Food was normal something you could do at home for sure. Food is simple and basically just tasting what you get with some sauces.

Pretty Gimmicky to begin with. You get to have some hands on - remove the lid from the steam outlet so that you can put you food in to steamer, then cover it. As the food is steamed, don’t expect any heavy flavours, everything just taste natural. They do provide you with some sauces, like ponzu, etc I am not the biggest fan, but i have to say that the steam chicken tasted so good without any ‘funny’ smell. The staff were very kind and polite, and they do their best for their customers. When i asked if there was beef in the set for 2, they were checking and instead of saying that yes they can remove, they were thinking hard of what they can offer to me as replacement. I was so touched by their sincerity. There are 30+ items to choose from the menu, so look at them carefully as you really get a good variety and at different price points. When you get into the store, please do not queue to buy tickets first. Instead, go to the reception to get your number (you need to queue for your food to be steamed) and that’s the bottleneck. After you get a number tag, proceed to buy your meal tickets from the machine. I was there at 1pm, and the wait for the steaming was about 30mins. Of course you can first buy the tickets, but you may need to wait for a longer time to get your food steamed. Tip - sit upstairs. While the first floor was packed, the second floor has plenty of tables and it was quiet. Enjoy!

Start by taking a queue number at the reception. Then line up to select your order from the machines. Make payment there. Wait till your number is called by the reception prior to handing your meal tickets to them. This will be followed by getting timers from them and collecting your food. Followed the number indicated to head to the steamer area. Staff will hand you protective gear to insert the food into the steamer. When the timer rings, head back to collect the food. Extra costs for different types of sauces. Yuzu pepper sauce tasted good. Free seating. Credit card allowed. Free parking
